TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: September 22, 2026
By using our website, booking a class, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Memberships
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with another person.
Membership benefits, class allocations, and access apply only to the registered member.
Classes included in weekly memberships do not roll over from one week to the next. Any unused classes expire at the end of the applicable membership week.
Booking
The class schedule opens one week in advance every Thursday at 12:00 PM.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Waitlists
If a class is full, members may join the waitlist.
When a spot becomes available, the member will be notified and will have 15 minutes to claim the spot. If the spot is not claimed within that window, it may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Class Cancellations
Morning classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time.
Evening classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made after the applicable cancellation window are considered late cancellations.
For memberships with a limited number of classes, a late cancellation will count as a used class.
No-Shows
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel your booking so the spot can be offered to another member.
If a member no-shows twice within a seven-day period, their current membership period will be shortened by one day.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time.
To ensure safety and minimize disruption, entry after class has begun is at the coach’s discretion.
Members arriving more than five minutes after the scheduled start time may not be admitted, and their spot is not guaranteed.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Your membership remains active throughout the 30-day notice period. Depending on where you are in your billing cycle when you cancel, this will usually mean one additional membership payment is processed after you submit your cancellation.
You’ll continue to have full membership access through the end of the notice period.
Membership Freezes
Membership freezes must be requested before the requested freeze begins.
Standard freezes must be for a minimum of four weeks and may last for up to three months.
Exceptions may be considered for medical circumstances, military reserve duty (miluim), or other significant circumstances outside the member’s control.
All freeze requests are subject to CODA approval.
Class Schedule & Changes
Class schedules, instructors, programming, and operating hours may change from time to time.
This may include changes around holidays, special events, instructor availability, or other operational needs.
CODA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes when necessary.
Health & Safety
By participating in classes, you confirm that you are physically able to exercise or have consulted an appropriate healthcare professional where necessary.
You agree to inform our coaches of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect your participation.
Personal Responsibility
Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks.
By participating in CODA classes or using CODA facilities, you voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with physical exercise.
Personal Property
CODA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
Website Content
All website content, branding, photography, graphics, written materials, and other creative assets are the property of CODA unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful, welcoming, and safe community.
CODA reserves the right to refuse entry or suspend or terminate a membership in cases of unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or seriously disruptive behavior.
